Dylan Steman is a senior associate in Northmarq's Minneapolis office. He is responsible for sourcing and transacting multifamily investment sales throughout the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota. He works closely with a wide range of clients and finds great satisfaction in guiding his clients throughout the acquisition and disposition process. He prides himself on his high attention to detail and a tenacity to achieve results. Prior to joining Northmarq, Dylan spent three years with MRG Realty Partners where he was recognized as the brokerage's top producer, specializing in multifamily investment sales. Prior to his career in real estate, Dylan spent several years playing professional hockey throughout the United States and Europe. Dylan is actively involved in the hockey community where he volunteers as a coach and mentor for youth programs. Dylan earned his Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering and an MBA from Michigan Tech University.
