Dylan Brandt is a Vice President within CBRE’s Institutional Hotels Debt & Structured Finance Group. Dylan joined the company in June 2022 and is responsible for all aspects of deal management and execution. Prior to joining CBRE, Dylan was one of the first hires on Hodges Ward Elliott’s Capital Markets Group, which closed approximately $20 billion of financing transactions since its founding in October 2016. Prior to Hodges Ward Elliott, Dylan worked for The Moinian Group as the Director of Marketing where he oversaw the coordination of marketing and leasing initiatives for branding, advertising, and strategic positioning of company’s commercial and residential assets. Dylan graduated cum laude from Tulane University and received his Masters in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
