"Dustin Stolly serves as vice chairman and co-head of the company’s financing operations and is also in charge of sourcing debt and equity as well as selling loans across all commercial asset classes. A 16-year industry veteran, Mr. Stolly has executed more than $65 billion in transactions throughout his career, including debt and joint-venture equity capital placement, as well as more than $15 billion in strategic loan sales of performing, sub-performing and non-performing credits. Mr. Stolly joined Newmark from JLL’s New York office, where he was a managing director in the capital markets practice. He raised debt and equity for New York-based property owners and sold loans on behalf of financial institutions nationally. Mr. Stolly was also a member of the company’s New York City leadership committee. Mr. Stolly has been recognized numerous times in Commercial Mortgage Observer’s Power 50 ranking of the 50 Most Important Figures of Commercial Real Estate Finance and in Commercial Observer’s Top 20 Under 35 Commercial Mortgage Brokers.
