Dustin Javitch is a First Vice President Investments and member of Marcus & Millichap’s Net Leased Properties Group and National Retail Group. Dustin specializes in advisory and transactional services on single-tenant net leased properties and multi-tenant retail throughout the nation, with a specific focus on the Midwest region. Dustin joined Marcus & Millichap alongside the Patton | Wiles | Fuller Group in 2012 and has a deep expertise across a variety of industrial and retail product types, including dollar stores, pharmacies, fast food, casual dining, auto parts and service, daycares, gas/convenience, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, strip centers and community shopping centers to name a few.
As of May 2020, Dustin has personally brokered over 80 property sales in excess of $182 Million across 18 states, representing a broad spectrum of clients including public REITs, merchant developers, private investors, family trusts and estates, national real estate companies and private funds. Dustin graduated from The Fisher Business School at Ohio State University with a dual major in Real Estate and Finance.
