Dustin is a Senior Managing director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. His responsibilities include the capitalization of multi-housing, credit tenant, retail, office and industrial properties. Since joining JLL, Dustin has worked with financing and sales assignments in excess of
$1 billion.
Prior to joining JLL, Dustin served in various positions at two local Dallas family offices focused on real estate investments. Before his time in the investment side of the industry, Dustin was an Associate Director in the Dallas office for HFF, L.P. During his tenure at HFF, he completed conventional permanent financings, joint ventures, mezzanine debt and construction financing totaling over $2 billion. Dustin started his finance career at Deloitte where he worked on projects for several Fortune 500 companies.
