Drit Shoemaker secures commercial debt financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, seniors housing, and hospitality. He is well-connected with national, regional, and local funding sources including agency lenders, commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds, and hard money lenders. Prior to joining Gantry, Drit worked with Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle loan origination team with a specific focus on office and industrial properties. Prior to that he held a number of business development and strategy positions with commercial architecture firms, a regional general contractor and a West Coast engineering consultancy. He also founded and manages Trident Real Estate Ventures, a Pacific Northwest focused real estate consultancy.
