Drew Pion joined The Pion Group in the West LA office in 2018 through the CBRE Internship Program. The team focuses on landlord representation, tenant lease negotiations, investment and owner-user sales, and property development. As the 4th member of the team, Drew joins a group with over 70 years of collective experience.
Drew’s key role on the team is sourcing new business and servicing existing clients. For tenants, Drew adds value during the search process, lease and sale negotiations and the delivery of office space. For landlords, Drew maintains open lines of communication to ensure that expectations are met, and creatively markets office space through both traditional and more tech-forward channels.
