Drew Holden joined the Marcus & Millichap team in early 2014 after years working for a national Real Estate brand focusing on CRE Technologies. Drew specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily investment assets in Las Vegas, Nevada. Prior to focusing on the Las Vegas Market, Drew was a Partner with The Leeson Group of Marcus & Millichap in Southern California. While a Partner with The Leeson Group, he oversaw the sale of over $1.88 billion of apartment transactions. In 2019, he turned his attention towards the Las Vegas market with a buyer pool of active real estate investors looking to move capital out of California. Drew earned his first Sales Achievement Award in 2017 and his first National Achievement Award in 2018. Drew uses his extensive market knowledge and analytical background to foster a unique approach that creates long-term wealth for his clients.
