Drew is an Associate with Cushman & Wakefield’s San Deigo Office and member of Aric Starck’s team. As part of Aric Starck’s team, Drew specializes in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of institutional and non-institutional industrial, office and R&D product types. Drew’s experience includes involvement with portfolio transactions, sale lease-backs, owner sales, and land sales. Since entering the business in 2015, Drew has been involved in the process of transacting more than $990 million in commercial property including the disposition of the Southern California Industrial Portfolio, 1.3 million square feet in total, which sold for $207 million dollars in 2018. Drew has a deep understanding of capital markets and is adept at financial analysis, lease modeling, Argus modeling, and the marketing of commercial properties. Drew is a graduate of Colorado State University, where he received a B.A. in Economics
