Drew Babcock is First Vice President and Director in Marcus and Millichap’s National Multi-Housing Group. Drew has 17 years of experience as a commercial real estate broker, specializing in multifamily investment sales since 2009. Drew has closed more than $600,000,000 in multifamily transactions. He assisted Marcus and Millichap in opening their Columbia, South Carolina office, where he is currently the principal broker.
In addition to his multifamily experience, Drew also has brokered transactions in the retail, office, and industrial property types which include multi-tenant and single tenant investments. In 2013 he was promoted to Senior Associate and promoted again in 2016 and 2017 to First Vice President Investments. Drew has been consistently recognized throughout his career for annual sales recognition awards including Marcus and Millichap’s prestigious National Achievement Award and the firms SIA Induction in 2017.
