Drake is a director in the Washington, DC office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than five years of commercial real estate experience. Drake specializes in arranging debt and equity placement for all property types and portfolios in the Washington, DC metro area.
Drake started at HFF in August 2014 as a research analyst. Before that, he was an Intern at Links Risk Advisory, where he was responsible for implementing and dissecting certain business scenarios using cutting-edge derivative risk models. While attending the University of Pittsburgh for his bachelor’s in finance, he was a Kicker/Punter on the Men’s Varsity Football Team. Throughout the course of his career, Drake has participated in debt and equity transactions representing more than $2 billion of total transaction volume.
