Doug began his career in Industrial Real Estate in 1990 with Heger Realty Corporation City of Commerce Office. In 1996 Doug joined Lee & Associates® - Commerce office as a sales associate. During his tenure at Lee & Associates Doug has specialized in the representation of landlords and tenants in the leasing and sale of industrial properties. Geographically the focus has been industrial properties from the San Fernando Road corridor to downtown Los Angeles, Commerce, Vernon and surrounding cities with high industrial concentrations. Doug has been involved in the leasing and sales of in excess of 10 million square feet of industrial real estate. In February of 2001 Doug became a Senior Vice President/Principal at Lee & Associates®, a designation granted based upon outstanding client representation and superior production.
