As Executive Vice President at Lee & Associates, Doug works on sales and leasing across multiple disciplines. Doug began his commercial real estate career in 1992. He spent most of his career at Stonegate Properties where he helped develop and manage over 1 million square feet of office space in the greater Chicagoland area, also the area’s first “restaurant park” at I-90 and Barrington Road, consisting of five chain restaurants (Romano’s Macaroni Grill, Fridays, Max and Erma’s, Lone Star Steakhouse, and Steak ‘n Shake). Doug was a principal with Stonegate Properties where he developed and managed more than 1 million square feet of commercial and office space and more than 250,000 square feet of retail space in the Chicagoland area. He also oversaw all aspects of development, including financing, construction and execution of leases.
EDUCATION
Doug earned his Bachelor’s degree from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, majoring in finance.
