About
Don LeBuhn has been involved in commercial real estate since 1986 when he first joined Cushman & Wakefield and was a member of a top producing office leasing team located in Midtown Manhattan.
After completing a Master’s degree at NYU in real estate development and investments, Don relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area and founded a multi-store retail chain with locations in San Francisco, Marin and the East Bay.
In 2007, Don returned to brokerage and has been solely focused on retail investment sales. He has extensive experience in grocery-anchored, NNN, urban, automotive, and single/multi-tenant retail investments throughout Northern California.
