He specializes in the sale of multifamily and other investment properties throughout New Jersey with emphasis on Hudson County where he is among the area’s top producers. Mr. Baxter has closed an average of 10-16 transactions per year over the last seven years.
Mr. Baxter’s client base includes individual investors and owners, partnerships, financial institutions and REITs. For the past 17 years, he has focused his career in sales holding positions at Intel and in the insurance industry.
In 2007, Mr. Baxter received Kislak’s Rookie of the Year Award, which is presented to a developing employee who has a high level of production and is noted for excellence.
