Dominic Orcino joined Newmark full-time in 2018 as an Associate, and now serves as Director in the firm’s McLean, Virginia, office. He specializes in providing owners and developers with expertise in lease negotiations, market evaluation, and portfolio management. His responsibilities include evaluating market conditions, property marketing, and tracking prospective tenants in the market. Previously, Orcino gained valuable experience working as a brokerage intern at Newmark during the summers of 2016 and 2017, when he was an undergraduate at East Carolina University. Upon graduating in 2018, Orcino was immediately hired to begin his career working on the Virginia Agency Rep team. In 2020, Newmark recognized Orcino as a Rising Star in the company.
