Doc Perrier is a senior member of Finial Group’s brokerage services team. He is focused on owner representation, tenant representation, investment sales, user purchase and sales transactions. Doc is responsible for acquiring and developing new business relationships and advising the firm’s clients on the most cost-effective solutions for accommodating their needs. He provides lease and financial analysis, market research, negotiations, and value-based recommendations for each of his clients.
Doc has worked with clients on purchase, sale and leasing needs up to 50,000 square feet. In his first full year of brokerage, he completed multiple Investment Sales for clients as well as Finial Group’s Industrial Funds.
Prior to joining Finial Group, Doc was the Sales and Operations Manager of a large New Orleans, LA based party rental company. In this role he helped oversee five different departments and helped the company to increase the average invoice price while decreasing costs. Additionally, he worked as an oil and gas landman. He has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the E.J. Ourso College of Business at Louisiana State University.
