Dmitriy Shnitman is an accomplished real estate professional with over 10 years of experience in capital markets and investment sales. Throughout his career, Dmitriy has been a part of over $1.5B worth of commercial real estate transactions on both the principal and broker side of the business. He has led leadership roles with some of the top names in commercial real estate with experience in acquisitions, debt financing, leasing, and sales. Prior to joining CPG, Dmitriy served as Senior Associate for ESJ Capital Partners, a Florida based Real Estate Private Equity Firm, with over $800 AUM. During his tenure, he focused on new acquisitions and asset management of educational, office, industrial and flex assets. Before ESJ Capital Partners, Dmitriy was a member of Avison Young’s Florida Capital Markets Group. The Avison Young team focused on investment sales of retail, office, and land properties and Dmitriy led underwriting and financial analysis activities on over $1B in closed transactions. Dmitriy holds his Real Estate License in Massachusetts and Florida and graduated from Bentley University with his BA in Finance.
