About
DJ is a director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and specializes in debt and equity placement transactions for industrial, office, retail and multi-housing properties throughout the United States. Throughout his career, DJ has participated in more than $7 billion in transactions. He has worked on permanent, construction, bridge and joint venture equity financing. Prior to HFF, DJ was a senior analyst at Hillwood, a leading real estate developer and investor focused on high-quality, institutional-grade industrial properties throughout North America and Europe. He began his career on the acquisitions team at Realty Income, a public REIT based in San Diego, California. While at Realty Income, he worked on several sale leaseback transactions with corporate users, multiple national portfolio acquisitions and an entity-level acquisition of a public REIT.
