Dina is a natural “people person” who uses a highly personal approach with empathy to understand the needs of her buyers. She takes time to build personal relationships with them, then combines her highly successful marketing techniques and extensive referral network to find their perfect home. In working with sellers, she leverages everything from marketing outreach to Realtor relationships with past and potential buyers to deliver results. A graduate of the Academy of the Holy Names and the University of Florida, Dina started her career in real estate in 1994 when she joined Avila Realty. In 2004, after Avila had completed development, Dina joined Smith & Associates Real Estate, calling it one of the best moves of her career.
