Dimitri is an Associate in the Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield, where he works alongside Senior Director, Daniel Abbondandolo, focusing on Investment Sales in Queens, Nassau, and Suffolk County. Dimitri first joined Massey Knakal (now Cushman & Wakefield) in the summer of 2014 as an intern working with Director Brian Sarath who handled the Jamaica, Queens territory. Dimitri developed databases of thousands of landlords, investors, developers, and end-users, created marketing materials as well as valuations for prospective clients, and full pitch books. In 2015, Dimitri interned at Cushman & Wakefield in the same Queens office under Brian Sarath and Daniel Abbondandolo. Before Cushman & Wakefield, he worked for The DiGiulio Group, a mid-size residential real estate firm located in Midtown Manhattan where he completed over 20 transactions in Manhattan in his first year.
