Dimitri Kapelonis, a Queens native, is a founder and managing partner at BKR Real Estate Group. Dimitri specializes in the sale of multifamily, mixed-use buildings & development sites in Northwest Queens. He has a proven track record of exclusively representing buyers and sellers of investment properties for the past 3 years exclusively representing over $300 million of real estate.
Prior to BKR, Dimitri owned and operated three restaurants in Manhattan for over 7 years. He’s also had a long history managing Queens real estate. This localized experience allows him to connect with owners and instantly add value to their shared relationship.
Dimitri graduated from Baruch’s Zicklin School of Business majoring in Entrepreneurship with a focus in Real Estate investment. He speaks Greek fluently and in his spare time enjoys basketball, tennis, and swimming.
