Diane learned the importance of great tenant-landlord relations, superb communication skills, and responding to problems in a timely fashion from her father who maintained properties throughout Diane’s childhood. Diane became interested in real estate after buying a three-family home in the heart of Dorchester. She quickly realized how much she enjoyed being a landlord and maintaining her property and, two years ago, bought three units in the Mount Washington Valley in New Hampshire renting and managing the units as both long- and short-term rentals. Diane comes from a diverse background with a certificate in copyediting and degrees in corporate communications and the culinary arts. Diane has a strong background in the hospitality industry where attention to detail, organizational skills, and quick problem solving is the name of the game. In her free time, Diane enjoys hosting dinner parties, traveling, and exploring Boston and its environs.
