About

Originally hailing from the Great State of Texas, Derrick relocated to Southern California in 2012 with a strong passion for building relationships, hard work, and Real Estate. Shortly after attending the University of Houston with a Business Administration focus, he jumped right into Corporate Business sales in the South Region and eventually moved to Los Angeles. Between Texas and California, he spent over 10 successful years working as a Sales Executive for a Fortune 500 Company in the Telecommunications and Business Relations field. He developed a large Rolodex of professional clientele from his daily business encounters and dealings. After noticing all the changes in the Los Angeles market, he quickly transitioned full-time into Real Estate and investment opportunities. Soon after receiving his license, Derrick was offered to join a Top-Producing Luxury real estate team based out of Beverly Hills, which eventually was responsible for the record-breaking $90 million dollar sale of the Historic Owlwood Estate in 2017.
