Mr. Barreto has over 16 years experience sourcing, underwriting, and closing commercial real estate investments, including equity, debt and structured finance transactions valued in excess of $3.8 billion, focusing primarily on office, multi-family, retail and hospitality assets located in urban markets across the United States. Prior to co-founding Corinthian Capital, Mr. Barreto was most recently a Director of Credit at Thorofare Capital, an SEC-registered multi-strategy debt fund based in Los Angeles. Prior to Thorofare, Mr. Barreto was a Vice President at Fifteen Group Capital, LLC, an opportunistic real estate investment firm based in Miami, FL. Prior to Fifteen Group, Mr. Barreto was an acquisitions officer at Jamestown Properties, a multi-national private equity firm with offices in Atlanta, New York, Europe and Latin America.
