Daylin Ackerman is a Senior Vice President at Pegasus Investments, where he is responsible for business development and supporting the investment sales and advisory business.
Prior to joining Pegasus in 2015, Mr. Ackerman was an Analyst for JRK Property Holdings, a large owner of multifamily and hotel properties across the country. While at JRK, Mr. Ackerman was responsible for the day to day asset management, financial analysis and monthly reporting for a portfolio of multifamily properties.
Before JRK, Mr. Ackerman was the Manager of Business Development for PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. (NYSE: PFSI), a publicly traded non-bank mortgage company focusing on the origination and servicing of residential mortgage assets. Mr. Ackerman was responsible for the acquisition of mortgage servicing assets on behalf of the firm and its managed publicly traded real estate investment trust, PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust (NYSE: PMT).
