About
David J. Thomas graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in political science. In addition to completing several McKissock National Appraisal Courses, he also holds a Real Estate Sales Associate License. David was a Summer Intern at Aurum Property Partners prior to starting at TCRE Post graduation. He is now a Research Analyst on the landlord representation team. In this role David supports the creation of comprehensive market reports. He provides in depth real estate analyses on local market conditions and trends throughout the tri-county area. He gathers and interprets data used in the quantitative and qualitative analysis of commercial real estate trends while fulfilling on-demand requests for clients’ specific research needs. David works closely with the Agency Leasing team to ensure the firm’s professionals and clients receive the most timely and thorough market information to identify risks and opportunities.
