About
David co-founded JMC Holdings, now Acram Group, and is responsible for acquisitions, joint ventures and new business, with a specific focus on debt and equity structuring and deal execution and operations. Prior to joining Acram Group, David worked in the investments group at SL Green (NYSE: SLG) focused on New York acquisitions and structured finance transactions. Prior to SL Green, David worked at Tishman Speyer in the New York office in a number of roles, including acquisitions/dispositions, portfolio management and leasing. Since 2000, David participated in acquiring over $8 billion of commercial office and multi-family residential properties throughout the U.S. Prior to Tishman Speyer, David worked for Jones Lang LaSalle in their Global Advisory Group. David received a B.A. in Economics from Duke University, where he was a member of the Division I Men's Wrestling Team. David lives in Fairfield County CT with his wife and two children.
