David has consistently been one of the leading landlord and tenant representatives in the Downtown Chicago area and was named the Chicago Retail Broker of the Year by Crain's Chicago Business. David has earned a reputation as a respected leader within the industry and an advisor to many of his colleagues. David earned his Master’s degree from the Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University. Prior to forming Stone Real Estate Corporation, David served for eight years as Vice President/ Director of Retail Leasing at M & J Wilkow, Ltd., a Chicago-based commercial real estate investment company. He started his Real Estate career at CBRE's Downtown Chicago office, focusing on urban retail. David's background also includes serving as Regional Director of Operations for The Levy Organization, a national real estate and foodservice company, responsible for company operations in Chicago, Denver, Atlanta and Pittsburgh.
