David Spillers has more than three decades of commercial real estate experience. Specializing in sales & leasing industrial and office property for institutional investors and corporate users, he has negotiated the completion of more than $2.5 billion and 8 million square feet worth of transactions. He has represented notable clients such as United Technologies, TechData, Sunbeam, Oster, Black & Decker and Kintetsu Worldwide. Prior to joining Avison Young, Spillers served as Senior Vice-President for Fairchild Partners. Prior to that, he was vice-president at Codina Realty Services where he was one of the lead brokers responsible for the marketing of Codina’s landmark properties including Beacon Centre (2.8 million sf), Dolphin Commerce Center - formerly Beacon Tradeport - (3.5 million sf) and Beacon Lakes (6.6 million sf).
