David brings over fifteen years of real estate experience to his position at HREA. Previously David co-founded Silvershore Properties in 2010 and successfully assembled and exited a New York City real estate portfolio with a value in excess of $300 million in over 250 properties. Silvershore’s portfolio consisted of properties throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, with a focus on acquiring and improving multi-family, industrial, retail and mixed-use properties. David has expertise in purchasing, operating and representation of buyers and sellers of multi-family, mixed-use and office properties, retail, development parcels and conversion sites. Prior to joining Silvershore Properties, David was the Chief Investment Officer of Forrest Shorenstein Capital Partners, a real estate investment company that purchased six properties in the Lower East Side with a value of over $25 million. Prior to Forrest Shorenstein Capital Partners, David was a Senior Associate at Marcus & Millichap where his sales exceeded $250 million.
