David A. Scotto joined RM Friedland in 2007 with a focus on markets throughout Westchester County, Rockland County, and The Bronx. He has a proven track record in landlord and tenant representation and development site evaluation. David has a keen understanding of the local real estate markets and has closed transactions with a value in excess of 200 million.
Prior to joining RM Friedland, David was with Montefiore Medical Center in The Bronx. He started as an intern and worked his way up in the Medical Center’s Real Estate Department where they managed over 2 million square feet of commercial space and 800 residential units.
