During his 24+ year career at Marcus & Millichap, David has earned six Sales Achievement Awards, one National Achievement Award, and is a member of the Seven Figure Club. David's experience in all product types and as a property owner, gives him a greater sense of the advantages that can be gained for his clients. He has participated in over $400+ million dollars in real estate transactions and has worked with hundreds of satisfied clients.
He is a current member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the Torrance Chamber of Commerce.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, David worked as a project director in the architectural field. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Architecture from San Jose State University. In his spare time he enjoys road biking and century rides, scuba diving, and holds a deep passion for food and wine. He lives in Redondo Beach with his wife Heather.
