David Marshall co-founded Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE) with Tim Dosch and Tom Dosch in 2017. David specializes in urban redevelopment and suburban land sales for all buyer and seller types. He oversees all aspects of the transaction process from valuation, pricing strategies, marketing and client contact, due diligence, and negotiations of the purchase and sale agreement through deal funding. David is also involved in client development. Over the past seven years, he was involved in more than $2 billion in land transactions.
Prior to co-founding DMRE, David was a Principal of ARA Newmark Land Division and ARA Land Division for nine years. Before that David worked for a consulting firm where he provided support in corporate real estate consulting services, financial valuation services, tax consulting, depreciation, and cost recovery services.
