David Levinson is a Senior Vice President with over 30 years experience in third-party shopping center project leasing. David’s expertise spans across the areas of strip centers, neighborhood centers and community shopping centers with a specialization in anchored shopping centers and non-anchored strip centers.
He represents several tenants including Slim 4 Life, and The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
Levinson has projects that are located throughout the entire Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, including high-profile shopping centers that are either Walmart or Super Target anchored. Because David has represented both landlords and tenants throughout his 30-year career, he has an instinctive understanding and comprehensive knowledge of what is required to build a successful tenant mix within the centers he leases.
