David Lawrence is an Associate Director in the Tri-State Investment Sales group of Avison Young’s New York City office. As a member of TSIS David's main duties include business development, compiling key market intelligence, and directly overseeing the marketing and disposition of office assets in New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut.
Since joining Avison Young in 2018, David has handled over 17 sales transactions totaling approximately $420,000,000 for investors including The Carlyle Group, A.M. Property Holding Corp., 60 Guilders, and several others.
Prior to joining AY, David worked as an Associate in Savills Studley's New York City office where he provided expert office leasing advice to his clients in the New York City and Northern New Jersey office markets.
David earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and French from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in 2016. He is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and volunteers as a T-Ball coach with Dream, a Harlem based non-profit.
