Since 1979 the Landes family has owned and managed commercial properties in New York and New Jersey. In 1993 I established Royal Properties, Inc. and diversified the company from an owner/property management firm into a full-service brokerage company. Over the course of my career I have developed extensive relationships with both national and regional retailers expanding into the northeast. I have over 30 years of experience completing retail and office transactions in the tristate marketplace for both tenants and property owners. In addition to tenant representation, I serve as leasing agent for numerous prominent owners of retail and office properties. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Boston University and am a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Westchester County Board of Realtors. I am also a licensed real estate broker in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. I reside in Scarsdale, NY with my wife and three children.
