Before co-founding Continuum, Dave was Co-Head of senior housing investment sales at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital (a subsidiary of Truist Bank) and Senior Director and Top Producer at Cushman & Wakefield. Known for his development of highly-structured cash flow models, Dave has spent his career succinctly outlining the complex. He is a graduate of The University of Florida.
