About

David Khukhashvili is an Associate Director in the Investment Sales Division of Ariel Property Advisors, responsible for executing the company’s exclusive listings and facilitating business development initiatives throughout New York City. Mr. Khukhashvilli has experience evaluating and marketing a variety of property types including multifamily, commercial, mixed-use, and development assets. Prior to joining Ariel Property Advisors, Mr. Khukhashvili was an Associate at Eretz Group where he focused on Manhattan office properties. He was involved in acquisitions and asset management, as well as the oversight of development and capital projects. Prior to Eretz Group, he was an Analyst at Arbor Realty Trust, working in its structured finance group’s asset management division. In this position, he provided analytical support for the REIT’s structured debt and equity portfolio and was actively involved in loan securitization projects. His responsibilities included portfolio valuation, underwriting, reporting, and capital reserve administration.
