About
Dave Karson is Vice Chairman of the company’s Equity, Debt and structured finance team. He has completed tens of billions of dollars of transactions and has extensive experience raising debt and equity to capitalize virtually all types of real estate acquisition, development and enhancement. Dave joined Cushman & Wakefield from Sonnenblick-Goldman Company, who was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield in 2007. He leads our Pacific Northwest business where he has imported more than $10B of capital from investors and lenders based all over the world. Dave has won many industry awards and is a regular speaker at many industry events. In his free time you will find him with his three sons Zach, Aidan and Chase and his life partner Heather, and is an aspiring alpaca farmer, sea plane pilot, harmonica player and tequila enthusiast.
