David Hakim has real estate in his blood and is a veteran in the business. His family started in real estate in New York in the 1950's, and he grew up going to his father's office in Midtown, overseeing different projects they were working on. From that time, he knew real estate was his destiny. David's first professional position with a large company was as an intern at age 18 with Douglas Elliman.
