David joined Compass in February 2015, making him one of the longest-tenured agents at the company. Recruited by both big and small commercial firms, David instead followed his entrepreneurial spirit to Compass, then only a residential brokerage, to start a new commercial business from scratch and grow it his own way. After only eight months his business had grown so much he needed to bring on another full-time commercial agent, Jake, and officially formed The Graff Team.
The Graff Team welcomed commercial agent Rachel in January of 2018, The Pandemic lead Rachel back to her family in Rochester but she is still part of the team as a referral director. The Pandemic also brought back Brad Krosser who interned for the Graff Team when were Urban Compass. Brad is a Brooklyn specialist who spent his last 3 years living in Williamsburg and doing Brooklyn retail, Office and Industrial deals.
