David Gilkie has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate and specializes in the north suburban Boston office & industrial market. David services landlords and tenants with corporate real estate leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions. David has transacted over 7,500,000 SF of deals with an aggregate value of over $400,000,000. He also advises and brokers investment sale transactions within eastern Massachusetts.
David is a current board member of the New England Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), a past President of the New England CCIM Chapter, and serves on the board of the Boys and Girls Club of Lawrence.
David is a member of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, BBA Class of 86’ and the Babson College MBA Class of 93’. He is the father of two grown children, resides in Winchester, and enjoys skiing, sailing, golfing, hiking, and biking.
