About
David Ganz is a Director at Alpha Realty and spearheaded its recently formed Private Capital Group, which specializes in arranging bridge loans and other non-traditional short-term financing. The group has also been successfully brokering note sales.
Before joining Alpha Realty, David was Director of Acquisitions at Ranco Management and was responsible for over $350 million in acquisitions throughout his career in real estate to date.
