David Funke joined Capstone Companies in 2022 after most recently serving as market leader and Managing Director of the Indianapolis office of CBRE. He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant, working for Deloitte in Cincinnati and Denver, followed by more than 30 years in commercial real estate. Beginning in multifamily brokerage in the Denver office of CBRE (then known as Coldwell Banker Commercial), David’s commercial real estate experience includes sales and leasing, development, and private-equity investment in a wide range of property types, as well as executive level management positions. He served in a senior role at commercial real estate development firm, Lauth Property Group, and as Chief Operating Officer and Office Group Sales Manager of F.C. Tucker Commercial, which at the time was the largest commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm in Indianapolis and is now part of Cushman & Wakefield.
