In April 2009, David Falk was appointed President New York Tri-State Region of Newmark. Falk’s business is centered on both tenant and landlord representation in the acquisition and disposition of office space. Within the last two years, he has been involved in the leasing of more than 3 million square feet of space.
On the tenant side, Falk has represented Havas (420,000 square feet at 200 Hudson Square and 200 Madison Avenue), Kate Spade (in three Manhattan locations totaling 290,000 square feet), Pace University (built-to-suit dormitories at 180 Broadway and 33 Beekman as well as education and office needs in Manhattan totaling 1 million square feet), Angelo Gordon (140,000 square feet at 245 Park Avenue) and Cerberus (135,000 square feet at 875 Third Avenue).
