A real estate broker since 2006, David Dynak joined First Pioneer Realty in 2012, following a 12-year career in financial services and corporate marketing. Prior to joining First Pioneer, David helped launch and establish a boutique industrial real estate practice where he averaged 130,000 sq ft in transactions per year, with focus on warehousing and retail leasing, and investment property sales. David holds BS in Finance from St. John’s University. He is licensed as RE Broker in NY and FL and earned the Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University.
