About

David Donnellan joined CBRE in 1987 and is a senior member and co-leader of the South Florida Retail Investment Properties Team of CBRE where he focuses on the sale of multi-tenant retail centers in South Florida and single tenant retail investment properties throughout Florida. Mr. Donnellan has successfully represented many institutions, along with numerous private investor groups, in the acquisition and disposition of their retail property assets. During his tenure with CBRE, he has been 100% focused on retail investment sales in Southeast Florida and has participated in over $2.5 billion of commercial retail transactions. Mr. Donnellan was awarded the Florida McCarthy Award, the highest award given by CBRE to producers in Florida and has been consistently ranked as one of CBRE's top producers in Florida. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Donnellan worked with his family-owned real estate brokerage business in Fort Lauderdale for seven years, where he specialized in the sale and management of commercial and residential properties. He has over 30 years of experience in commercial brokerage transactions.
