David DiRienzo is a Senior Director of Business Development at Talonvest Capital, where he focuses on client originations, relationship development, and formulating capital strategies for owners and investors nationwide. His experience includes over $2 billion of closed commercial real estate financing transactions for institutional and private clients. David emphasizes aligning capital markets solutions with client goals across the firm’s national footprint. Since joining Talonvest in 2019, David has progressed from underwriting into a senior advisory role, leveraging a ground-up understanding of capital markets, deal execution, and lender dynamics to help clients position their investments for success and gain an edge in a competitive environment. Before Talonvest, David completed more than $250 million in multifamily and residential land acquisitions across a real estate private equity firm and a private development company. He is active in NAIOP, ULI, and NMHC and is a graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder.
