David DeMatteis is a 20+ year veteran of Cushman & Wakefield’s New Jersey based Consulting Group, He has completed nearly 1000 real estate transactions on behalf of his clients including assignments for Selective Insurance, Proximo Spirits (Jose Cuervo), H-Mart, Tumi, and Citrix. David recently negotiated Apprentice IO’s new headquarters at the top of 101 Hudson Street in Jersey City. During the global pandemic David assisted the firm in growing from 15 to 200 employees as the they developed software that propelled the “warp speed” manufacturing of the Moderna vaccine.
